# Post a Job

Create a job posting using the AI Assistant or manual entry.

* Use the AI Assistant to generate job details by entering or pasting a description.
* Edit generated content or complete fields manually.

> Alternatively, start by reusing a previous job posting and modifying the fields as needed.

Review and complete the following sections:

* Job Details
* Compensation
* Work Schedule

### Description

A job description is automatically generated based on your inputs. Edit manually or regenerate using Tone and Length settings.

### Prescreening Questions

Configure the application process:

* Select a Profile Questions Template to define required candidate information and application flow.
* Add custom questions manually or generate them using AI.
* Supported formats: Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Open-Ended, File Request.
* Reuse saved questions as needed.

Preview the job posting, then publish or save as a draft. Once a job goes live, you can view and manage it under your [Jobs](https://help.picsume.com/intake/jobs/details) tab.
