The Candidate Hub is your central view of all candidates in your hiring process.

Filter the list of candidates by:

* Jobs applied to
* Talent Pools
* Events attended
* Location

Or search specific criteria directly in the search bar like:

* Name
* Email
* Skills
* Certifications
* Education
* Work History

Refine results further using:

* Proximity
* Job Category and Experience
* Opportunity Type
* Availability
* Education level

Take action directly from candidate profiles:

* Add to Shortlists
* Invite to apply to roles

Interact with candidates in bulk via the 'Select Action' button after selecting candidates:

* Invite them to roles and add them to shortlists all at once rather than one-by-one
* Send a message blast using one of your [saved templates](https://help.picsume.com/account/settings/message-templates), or type out a custom message
  * The check box at the bottom allows you to save your message as a new template

<Note>
  Note that sending a message in this manner is different from initiating a conversation that can be accessed in the [Message Centre](https://help.picsume.com/account/messages)
</Note>

### Import Candidates

Use the Import button to bring resumes from outside sources directly into your Candidate Hub:

* This can include resumes received via email, in-person drop-offs, employee referrals, career fairs, or any source outside your Picsume workspace
* The resumes must be in PDF or Word format, and you can upload up to 10 of them at a time by either selecting the files or dragging and dropping
* Imported candidates are automatically tagged with a status (Unclaimed or Onboarded)
  * Unclaimed candidates can be invited to claim their profile, giving them access to update and grow their information over time while helping your organization build a stronger long-term talent pipeline
