  • Track strong candidates
  • Build pipelines for priority or seasonal roles
Add candidates by selecting the heart icon on their profile. Candidates can be added to multiple lists, and new lists can be created during this process. Review shortlisted candidates and take action:
  • Contact candidates
  • Assign them to jobs
  • Retain for future opportunities
