Talent Pools support continuous candidate intake. Create Talent Pools by department, role type, or opportunity category. Candidates can apply directly from your Job Board. Use Talent Pools to:
  • Build pipelines for upcoming roles
  • Maintain ongoing candidate interest
All applicants appear in the Candidate Hub for review and sorting.

How to Create

Click the Create Talent Pool button to build out a new talent pool:
  • Give your pool a unique name and select locations of your organization that you would like it to be associated with
  • Optional fields you can add to your talent pool include:
    • Description: for candidates to read what the pool is about before applying to it
    • Availability / Shifts: specific times that you would like candidates to be available
    • Skills: set a selection of skills to be associated with the talent pool
    • Benefits: which benefits may be available with eventual jobs for this pool
