Save custom Hiring Stage templates by clicking the Add Template button to open the template editor. Enter a name for the template, then scroll to the Additional Stages section and click Add Additional Stage to create custom stages. To reorder stages, click and hold the drag handle on the left side of the stage card and move it into the desired position. To edit a stage, click the three-dot menu on the right side of the stage card.
Note that while additional stages can be reordered and edited, fixed stages cannot.
Saved templates can later be applied within a job by opening the Hiring Stages menu from the three-dot options beside Edit in the Job view, then selecting the appropriate template from ‘Import Template’ drop down.
