- The stages that automatically exist for every job are ‘Invited’, ‘Applied’, ‘Interview’, ‘Hired’, and ‘Rejected’. Additional custom stages can be created by clicking the three dots next to the Edit button, and selecting the Hiring Stages option, where you can add, edit, reorder, and delete stages for any specific job.
-
If you are interested in an applicant, click the Interview button to schedule your interview with them. In the window that pops up, select the stage to move the candidate to (by default it will be ‘Interview’).
- You can then toggle the option to send the candidate a message, where the message field will be pre-populated with the ‘Schedule an Interview’ message template, which is customizable if necessary. Below the message field, you can add your interview details (time & date) or add the link to your interview instructions, which will be embedded into the message and allow a booking to be made through your desired third-party tool, such as Calendly.
- Following a successful interview, you can press the Send Offer button to offer your candidate the job. The message field will be pre-populated with the ‘Offer Letter’ message template, and you will also be required to add the Hourly Rate and Start Date to send the offer. When the candidate accepts, they will be moved from the Interview to the Hired stage. From there, you will be prompted to message them with onboarding instructions.
- If you reject a candidate, they will be moved to your Rejected stage. If there was a candidate who didn’t make the cut but you think could be considered for a future opportunity, you can go back to this list and press the heart button to add them to one of your Shortlists, so that you can make sure not to forget about them.
